He asks big questions, the kinds of questions that the poet Rilke advised that we “live into”. There are no easy answers for these questions. Nor will one answer suffice. These are questions that implicitly call the heart to take the lead and the mind to follow. They are questions that involve both the right and left hemispheres of our brain working together to achieve our wholeness.

Sometimes the best answer to these questions is not an answer but yet another question. Sometimes the best answer does not come in words but in actions. Sometimes the answer involves a leap of faith, acting from not knowing and yet completely trusting that this is the next right thing to do.
